Our favorite prime-time weekend watch is Sang e Mah, the classy drama serial airing on Hum TV. The performances are superb. We saw in the previous episode that Mastaan Singh attacked Hilmand to avenge Gulmeena’s Gaagh as he considers her to be his daughter and has done so to save Gaagh’s honor. Hilmand survives the attack in this episode.

Sheherazade and Haaji take Hilmand to the hospital immediately. Lady boss of Sheharzade is the kind of boss every girl should have; she comforts Sheharzade and helps her get Hilmand’s treatment as soon as possible by taking all matters into her own hands. She is the one who avoids making it a police matter.

Helmand’s friends have also invaded the hospital, demanding to see their friend. If not, they won’t leave. Hilmand is being looked after by Sheharzade. Hilmand survived the attack, but the doctor has instructed him to take strict precautions, such as not drinking water and not sitting or standing up.

In front of Gulmeena and Badaam Gul, Mastan Singh confessed his sin. He has once again risked his life to kill Hilmand for honor. Considering Gulmeena as his daughter, Gulmeena’s honor was more important to him than his own life. Neither Gulmeena nor Badaam Gul told their mothers everything. In fact, Badaam Gul goes to the crime scene and discovers Mastaan Singh’s bangle, which he wants to hide, however, Mastaan Singh reaches there and procures the bangle from Badaam Gul. Badam Gul’s expressions while giving Mastaan Singh his bangle speak loudly of his unhappiness.

Hilmand gained consciousness and muttered to Sheharzade that Haaji had murdered his father in his semi-conscious state. Despite hearing that, Sheharzade ignores it, when she should have become more shocked than she does. Neither Haaji nor Sheharzade object to Sheharzade’s presence in the hospital according to their culture. When Hilmand regains consciousness, he is ready to face Haaji. Apparently, Hilmand thinks that it is Haaji who has attempted to kill him and is now posing as caring so that he becomes grateful to him. Everyone in the village believes that Hikmat tried to kill his own brother. Jirga’s gossip mongers are gearing up to have Jirga on this matter. Will Mastaan Singh be able to escape this?
